The Advantez online help system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. A full searchable user manual is provided within the application to explain exactly how to operate every aspect of the system.

For those who prefer to read something in paper, a full help manual can be printed out.

The level of support you access is directly related to the version of advantez your agency operates:

Lite Version

Professional Version

Minimum requirements

Advantez is a web-based application, accessed via a standard web browser. The software does not require any complicated installations on your PC and uses minimum system resources to run.

System requirements for use :

Computer with 128MB RAM, 500Mhz CPU, 1024px x 768px or higher screen resolution and an internet connection with 512KB or higher bandwidth.

The following web browsers are supported :

  • Internet Explorer 6 or later
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
  • Safari 1.2 or later
  • Opera 8.5 or later
