Welcome to InterVol, a student volunteering charity in the United Kingdom that supports charities both in the UK and overseas through grant funding and annual volunteering programmes. InterVol supports students to develop their skills with community projects in the UK and then use them to support the work of charities overseas on health, education, refugee support, and conservation programmes.
InterVol and Merazonia have teamed up for over ten years now. The efforts of InterVol volunteers have helped us to take care of, rehabilitate and release many Amazon animals, improve their enclosures and purchase medical equipment. To say it more eloquently: InterVol kicks ass!
Being an InterVol volunteer was inspiring. It helped me develop myself as a person; widening my perspective and learning many new things. The experience was truly unforgettable, the memories will be carried forever.
Volunteering with InterVol is the best decision I made during my first year at university. I gained so much experience and understanding during my project which will improve my career prospects.
