It is just a short walk to Home Beach, Noreen's Gift Shop, Point Lookout Bowls Club, Oasis Cafe, Straddie Eats and public parks. The lower level has the laundry with top loading washing machine and bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. There is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with oven, gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a "Kids Room" with 2 sets of single bunks. This accommodation on North Stradbroke Island is less than 700m to the Amity Point swimming enclosure, jetty, boat ramp, Sea Level 21 Cafe and General Store. Featuring 3 bedrooms; a main with Queen bed and ensuite (bath, separate shower, and toilet), another room with Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Amity Beach House can sleep up to 8 people. The house has beautiful, polished timber floors throughout, a 6-seater lounge, and TV/DVD. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove & oven and an outside deck with BBQ. The laundry has a top loading washing machine. It is fully screened with an air-conditioned kitchen, lounge, and dining area. There are pedestal fans for bedrooms and a wall heater in the main bedroom. There is a ramp for wheelchair and pram access. The bathroom is not equipped for disabled guests. Outside there is a carport and boat port, a large covered outdoor area and the yard is fully fenced. There is also an outside shower to wash off any sand. This is a great place to have as your base while you explore the island. Amity Point is well known for spotting dolphins, and you may also discover koalas and curlews close by. Pets are allowed; however, they must stay outside. Short 15-minute drive to Point Lookout or Dunwich.

A modern well-appointed 3-bedroom home built in the style of an old Queenslander. Situated at Amity Point, North Stradbroke Island and backing onto native bushland, you can discover local wildlife such as kangaroos and koalas from the covered verandas. Walking distance to Flinders Beach and just a short drive to the Amity Point general store, swimming enclosure, boat ramp and jetty and 15 minutes to Point Lookout. This accommodation has 2 queen bedrooms one of which has an ensuite with walk-in robe. There are also 2 sets of bunks. Main bathroom has shower and separate bath, and a separate toilet. Plenty of space with 2 living areas one with a TV. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave. Other features include screens, BBQ, dryer, fans, large, covered carport, fully fenced, reverse cycle air conditioning. Strictly no pets allowed. This house is tucked away in a quiet street, a great spot to relax on North Stradbroke Island.

Amity Saltash is situated in a prime location in the heart of Amity Point on North Stradbroke Island. Being 3 houses away from the waterfront it is just a short stroll to the Amity jetty, swimming enclosure, general store, Sea Level 21, Amity Club and Community Centre.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have fans. On this level is the Lounge with TV/DVD, dining room and kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, and a dishwasher. In the main bathroom there is a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The deck has a BBQ with a 6-person outdoor setting. 
Downstairs has its own external access and is set up as its own studio with another Queen bed, and its own generous size bathroom. The laundry room is also on the lower level, complete with a washing machine and dryer. 
This house is fully screened.

On the bottom level there is an open plan bedroom with 4 single beds. On the middle level is the kitchen/lounge room opening onto a covered deck with day beds, outdoor dining table for 8 & BBQ. Also on this level there is the second bedroom with a queen bed & the main bathroom with a shower overhead bath, basin & washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Coquillage which means "shell" in French, is a beautiful four-bedroom home at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island. It has two bathrooms and breath-taking views looking over Cylinder Beach, Shag Rock, Amity Point & Moreton Island. It is a short walk to Cylinder and Deadman's beach, the local shops, and the Straddie Hotel.

Cutter St Lookout is on one of the best positions on North Stradbroke Island, a small headland dividing Cylinder Beach from Deadman's Beach at Point Lookout.

Situated at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island, it is just a short walk to the beach, local stores, and hotel. The second you open the front gate you get the most amazing views over Cylinder Beach which leads you onto a large deck that has a BBQ. This unique property has a dining table that can seat up to 8 people which captures the magnificent views looking towards Moreton Island. A large spacious pole house nestles amongst the native trees with plenty of visiting wildlife - Koala's, Kangaroo’s, and birdlife. Located on the quiet end of Tramican St, Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island. This home is open plan living with a 2nd level open style loft. The owners have tastefully furnished this home with all new modern furnishings. It is a lovely and cool house capturing the sea breezes and slight sea glimpse above the trees from the deck.

The upper level is the main living space with the kitchen, dining, living room with Foxtel and WIFI and the master bedroom are on this level. There is a brand-new kitchen, dining setting and lounge. The lounge room opens on to the large deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and aircon. This room also has its own ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet.
The lower level has a further 2 bedrooms. One room has a Queen bed, and the other room has 2 single beds with 2 pull out trundles (linen not supplied for trundles). Amity Coastal Cottage is a quaint original 2 Bedroom beach cottage in the heart of Amity Point with everything close to this property. Across the Road is the Amity Point General Dealers, Sea Level café, Tennis court, Basketball court & children's playground. You can go fishing off the rock wall. No need to bring a car as this property is close to bus stops.  Ideal for walking to jetty, swimming enclosure & Amity Club. There are water glimpses from the front patio where you can enjoy the sunset. There are 2 bedroom's one with King sizes bed & one with a King single.

Amity Coastal Cottage 

2 Bedroom upper-level unit with open plan living plus large decks front and back overlooking native bushland. Very centrally located, easy walking distance to shops, Point Lookout's most popular beaches and gorge walks. New fully self-contained kitchen and laundry, well equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms are at the rear of the unit, both opening onto large private decks. The main bedroom has one King-sized bed with bed side lamps either side and built in wardrobe. The second room has two singles, which can also be zipped together to make into a King size (please advise us of required bed configuration) and built in wardrobe. On this level there is a two-way bathroom with shower, vanity and bath. The toilet is separate. In the living area there is a large dining table, comfortable lounge suite, 55 Inch TV and WIFI. This unit is fully screened with air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. There is a large outdoor dining table on the front deck, and a small table with chairs on the back deck. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. This property is in a peaceful location with many local wildlife visitors such as kangaroos, koalas and kookaburras.

Oceanic is located right behind Point Lookout's popular Gelati shop, and only a short walk to many other facilities.  Stroll to the gorge walk, straight across the road. Enjoy the easy access to the recently completed steps to Frenchmans Beach. Capture images of wild Kangaroos grazing across the road on the park.  This house is truly in the heart of Point Lookout, Noth Stradbroke Island, making it the place to be!

Upstairs is the main living area with the master Queen bedroom. There is also the kitchen, dining and lounge room which opens up onto the top deck where you can enjoy the stunning views of Frenchman's beach. Upstairs also has a shower, toilet, laundry and an additional outdoor deck area which leads down to the external stairs where you will find the other two bedrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs both have Queen beds that open up onto the bottom deck area. As well as a separate bathroom and toilet. This house has secured gating to ensure no pets can escape if brought along too!
