We are always so proud of our NJSDA students as they forge their way into the acting world! We are so thrilled for Leilany Figueroa, who just guest-starred on Law And Order SVU (the Season 25 Ep. 1 premiere), and gave such an amazing and moving performance! Leilany has gone through both our youth acting and improv programs, but has acted in several NJSDA play productions, as well as being a member of our professional teen improv troupe Sparks of Insanity for six years! Congratulations, Leilany! We can't wait to see what is coming next for you!

We are so excited for NJSDA Alum Jaquel Spivey! He went from starring in the Tony award winning musical "A Strange Loop" to a lead role in the Paramount movie musical of "Mean Girls" (written and produced by Tina Fey)! We are so proud of you, Jaquel!
