About Balquhidder Music

Established in 1991, the Balquhidder Music catalog contains an extensive list of brass pedagogical and chamber music works by leading international performers and teachers. The mission of Balquhidder Music is to publish and leave a legacy of the finest publications for trumpet, horn, trombone and tuba. The name “Balquhidder”, a word of Gaelic origin, derives from the area in Scotland where that most famous MacGregor, Rob Roy, lived and is buried.
