Get Your Tickets Now - MCP Fine Arts Gala and Guys & Dolls!

Ticket sales are now open for MCP's annual Fine Arts Gala on Saturday, April 27th benefitting the drama, art and music department. This year's gala will feature a performance of Guys & Dolls with a cocktail and appetizers hour starting at 6PM and show at 7PM. Come dressed up in your best cocktail/gala attire for this fun night of great singing, dancing, art and fun. The Gala is a 21 & over event. Click the link for more information or to purchase tickets. MUSIC DEPT INSTRUMENTAL & VOCAL AUDITIONS - May 2nd

Vocal and Instrumental auditions for the 2024-2025 school year will take place after school on May 2 in the Music Room, behind the PAC. Please click the link to sign up for a timeslot for Show Choir, Music Ministry, Choir, Band.

For Vocal Auditions: you will be asked to sing scales, sight-read a simple melody, and sing harmony against another voice part.

For Instrumental Auditions: You will be asked to play scales and sight-read a simple melody.

St. Rose ICF 'Grand Pasta Feed' Saturday

St. Rose along with their ICF will be hosting a "Grand Pasta Feed" on Saturday, April 27ths from 5:00-8:00 PM at the parish hall. Dinner includes spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread and desserts. The proceeds will be used towards ICF Scholarships at St. Rose, local high schools and colleges.

MCP Men's Golf Team

Monday marked the final match for the MCP Varsity Men's Golf team before next week’s League Championships. Two Royals, senior Luke Montoya, and junior Jake Long, both shot outstanding rounds of 70 (-2) to share medalist honors. Michael Carlson, a last-minute call-up from JV, contributed with a personal best score of 83. Their efforts helped the team achieve a season-best score of 400, securing a third-place finish. The varsity team currently ranks fourth in the Mountain League.

Additionally, Luke Montoya secured the Mountain League Cup for individuals and was named Mountain League MVP, having won five of the six regular-season matches.

This season, the Men's Golf team was composed of 14 players. The top performers, who consistently had the lowest scoring averages each week, earned spots on the varsity team, while JV players participated in over six matches.
