Are these Spanish words correct for the items?

tube pan - el molde (I made an angel food cake using the tube pan.)

whirlpool bath - la tina de banño (My house has a whirlpool bath in the master bath.)

whiskbroom - la escobetilla (I used the whiskbroom to clean under the table.)

    I think these are understandable, drummer (with one slight correction).

    I'm sorry but I don't agree with fenixpollo:

    tube pan: molde is correct
    whirlpool bath: bañera (en el baño principal tengo una bañera) Tina is not correct.
    whiskbroom: escoba (usé la escoba para barrer debajo de la mesa) Escobetina o escobetilla does not exist in spanish.
     
    Viyich, en mi casa decimos "escobilla" o "escobilla del ´water´". La escoba sin más es la que se usa para barrer (el cepillo, según las personas mayores).

    Ya, jejejejeje (si me vieras ahora....estoy un poco "colorá"). Yo tampoco uso la escobilla para barrer debajo de la mesa....ni de ningún sitio que se salga de aquel que tiene atribuido!!!!) Supongo que al leer lo de la bañera, mi mente ha hecho una asociación, y se ha ido directamente al baño.

    No, yo digo "escobilla" para el váter y "escoba" para barrer, lo de "escobetilla" no lo he oído nunca...

    whirpool bath = hidromasaje

    whiskbroom = escoba

    a mi me suena mucho mejor escoba....

    Supongo que depende del país, pero si en España pides una "escoba", lo más probable, por no decir seguro, te darán un cepillo para barrer el suelo jejeje :)

    Be careful with sweeping statements about what does not exist or what is not correct in Spanish. You must know that usage varies considerably from region to region and that several million more people speak varieties of Spanish outside of Spain than in Spain.

    Both tina and escobetilla are used in Mexico. Bañera and escobeta are also used.
