Every four years we bring together thousands of participants and spectators to join together during a 10-day event filled with sports, culture and entertainment. Our events are open to everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, or any other factor.

Guadalajara hosted this editions water polo competitions and the aquatic centre was packed with participants and spectators. As well as our mascots.
Hong Kong hosted this Gay Games rowing races at the iconic Shing Mun River which features over 4 km of flat water, against the shining lights of the satellite town of Shatin.
Thousands of people flooded into Guadalajara’s aquatic centre before the start of our epic Opening Ceremony, and we were there to capture all the excitement.
Soccer 7s was hosted by Guadalajara with a solid crowd of spectators at every match
For the very first time we got to experience Mahjong at the Gay Games and the venue was on fire with some great competition.
💜💜 As well as celebrating the incredible achievements of all women+ around the world, we take today to recognise the multiple inequalities and disproportionate discrimination and violence faced by LBT+ women everywhere. 💜💜
Hong Kong hosted Open Water Swimming, consisting of either one or two 2.5km laps around the stunning Deep Water Bay.
