FE Ford Roller Rocker Bodies are made from Billet 7075-T6 Aluminum for maximum strength to withstand up to 700lbs open pressures. The Bodies are CNC machined with the Latest Design Features., Every Rocker comes with a Blue Anodize finish. All the Rockers feature a 2 piece Bronze Bushing for increased wear. This 2 part bushing design leaves a 360' Oil Groove in the center to increase oil flow to all areas of the Rocker. From the Oil Groove, there are 2 pressurized oil passages; One to the Roller, One to the Adjuster. With pressurized Oil to both the Roller and Adjuster, this helps improves Longevity to High Wear Parts. The Adjuster is a 7/16 Jesel type with an Inverted cup design and an ARP 12pt. Jam-nut. The use of Inverted -Cup Adjuster allows for Better Geometry and the use of Ball/Ball style pushrods ( Not std FE ball/ball). Ball/ Ball style Custom Pushrods(not included) are available seperatly. The Rollers are made from Heat-Treated 8740 Chrome Moly and Pins are Tool Steel. The Rockers are standard demension, have a Hone fit and will clear even stock valve covers. Another added feature of our Roller Rockers is that we have made them with the Adjusters : Centered, Right offset .075", Left Offset .075", to help eliminate the pushrods from rubbing the Intake Manifold.. Depending on the Heads you have, a set with the correct combinations will be sent, the most common is usually 8 Rights and 8 Lefts. The Rockers are100% rebuildable and comes with a Rebuild Kit; (spare bushings, spare adjuster, pin, and roller) An assortment of allignment shims is also included.
