He is frequently involved in PTO Examiner Interviews, Accelerated Examination Cases, Re-Issue Cases and other U.S. PTO Proceedings.  When clients require protection outside the U.S., foreign filings are executed through an extensive network of associates that span the globe.

Mr. Keusey handles all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution  in the fields of industrial processes and manufacturing technology including optics, coatings, films, light and laser management products, display systems, telecommunication protocols, digital and analog electronics, audio electronic systems, business methods, software and advanced materials.

Extensive counseling with in-house counsel, science officer, engineers and other technical personnel of corporate clients; Opinion work typically covers issues of patentability, licensing and infringement for both domestic and foreign patent rights.  Drafting and reviewing IP-related contracts and technology transfer agreements.
