Good location. Just opposite to Prado Museum. Sufficient good restaurants close by.

Room is clean but the balcony door is broken and there were loose screws on the towel hooks. Even the trash bin in the bathroom has a broken lid. Wifi is NOT stable, always stopping while in use. Will probably look for other Accor properties when I go back to Madrid.

The bed legs of one of the beds squeezed and we have to adjust them - tighten them each day The furniture is worn in that it’s chipped The noise is intolerable- all day noise from guests talking to sliding doors and drapes Carpet needs replacing on 4 floor Body soap scent not favourable Cleaning is very good Staff is outstanding, very tentative
