What is the cost of your shuttle between Newark and LaGuardia Airports? $32 for 1 pax, $64 for 2 pax, $89 for 3 pax, $114 for 4 pax.
What is the cost of your shuttle between LaGuardia Airport and John F. Kennedy Airport? The fare is $10.
What terminal are you located in, in the airports? We are located at the Ground Transportation Counter which can be found across from the baggage claims area in all terminals of the three airports. There are courtesy telephones available but it is suggested that you see an agent located at the booth so you can be assisted more efficiently. The number for E.T.S. on the courtesy phone is 14.
What are your hours of operation? The shuttles begin from Newark Airport at 7:30am thru 10:30pm. The shuttles begin from LaGuardia Airport beginning from 8:30am thru 9:30pm. Shared-ride services from home/hotel to airports begin at 5:30am thru 3:00pm.
How long is the commute? Newark / LaGuardia shuttle commute is approximately 45 minutes to 1 and ½ hours depending on traffic conditions and shuttle volume. LaGuardia / JFK shuttle commute is approximately 20-30 minutes.
How do I go about making a reservation? For the shuttles: telephone reservations are not necessary. Simply go to the Ground Transportation counter located across from baggage claims in all terminals and inform the available agent of your desired destination. You will then be given a confirmation reservation slip and a driver will be in to collect you on the next scheduled departure.
For the home / hotel to airport: a 24 hour advance reservation is required for your pickup. You will need to call the dispatcher / reservationist directly at 718-221-5341.
What method of payments do you accept? We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Airline Vouchers, Travelers Checks and Corporate Accounts (no personal checks).
Do you allow pets? Yes: small pets in cages only.
Do you do shared-ride shuttles to Manhattan? No we do not do shared-ride shuttles to Manhattan; however we do provide private or group chartered rides into Manhattan at competitive rates.
Do you pick up from home or hotel to airports, if so, what are the rates? Yes we do outside pickups. Please call for special rates: 718-221-5341.

When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler. |

Why do you need my Credit Card to Reserve even if I pay with cash?
This is an industry standard. We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just in case you decide to make some additional stops, or you change your destination .We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride. We will also charge your card if you cancel after the stated cancellation grace period . Passengers are obligated to ask the driver for a receipt before leaving the car. |
