Needs analysis and specification

Our analysts will visit your facilities to gain a detailed view of your biobank’s operations, your processes and your staff. We strive to take all user perspectives into account, including those of researchers, technicians, administrative staff and managers. At this point, we will provide a concise project plan for the installation with estimated timescales.

Once we have assessed your situation thoroughly, we design – together with your teams – a solution that covers the requirements established in the previous stage. Our experience means we understand your business.

Pre-implementation tasks

Once we have the building blocks in place, we will then take on any complementary parts of the installation that are required in advance of go-live. This might include data migration from existing systems, connections to HIS or other lab management systems, or any custom development projects that have been ordered as part of the package.

We’ll also make sure that the basic tracking equipment (printers and barcode scanners) are in operation at this point.

Training and user support

We aim to help you get the most out of your system in the shortest time possible. We have dedicated training staff, specialized in preparing hospital, laboratory and administrative teams for the implementation of our products.

We develop and deliver initial and continuous training programmes according to the scale and type of organization in question.

After-sales service, maintenance and tech support

We have a commitment to our customers. It is in our and our customers’ mutual interest to ensure that the systems we implement remain in full operation, whatever the circumstances. 

Should any doubts arise about how to use particular functions or should a change of staff or increase in the user base occur, our technical support team remains at your disposal.

In addition, our support team may also be made available with out-of-hours service where necessary to resolve any problems that might arise, subject to special arrangements.
