Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A. We accept purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, schools, hospitals, and government agencies. To request credit terms, please fax or email a written request on official letterhead to fax # 800-735-3528 or email to custcare@balloons.com. ( Back to top )
Q. Why is my debit card showing two charges from your company?
A. Credit or Debit card purchases happen in two steps: authorization and approval. When a purchase is made, an authorization is placed on credit/debit cards that temporarily hold funds on an account. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account. Some issuing banks do not release the authorization at the time of approval, but may release it a maximum of 72 hours from the time of order.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders generally leave our location within 1-2 business days. Peak season and high-volume times may result in longer processing times. ( Back to top )
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Shipping time depends on your location. Including processing time, you can expect to receive an order shipped standard ground in 1-6 business days, 2nd Day Air orders in 2-3 business days, and Next Day Air in 1-2 business days. Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. You will be shown shipping charges during checkout before you complete your order. Ground shipping is free to commercial addresses in the continental United States on orders over $100 that are submitted on our website. ( Back to top )
Q. My order was over $100. Why didn't I receive free shipping?
A. Your address must be classified as a commercial address by the shipping carrier to qualify for free shipping. Businesses located within a residence are not considered commercial addresses. If you feel your order should have been classified as commercial, please contact us. ( Back to top )
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
A. Yes. Shipping charges for international orders cannot be calculated automatically. If you place an order for delivery outside the United States, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval prior to shipment. ( Back to top )

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return authorization, and return it with a copy of your invoice, within 5 days of the purchase date. Merchandise credit will be promptly issued. ( Back to top )

A. Balloons.com is a wholesale distributor. We do not have a retail store. With prior authorization, it may be possible to pick up orders at our distribution centers in Fairhope, AL and Fresno, CA. Please ask a Customer Care Representative for details. ( Back to top )
