Telstra Faults W.a Telstra Landline Phone Problem?

Telstra Landline phone problem? - telstra faults w.a

- My home phone is not working for some time and after caling Telstra
arranged for a technician to come to my house and said in his party that all my calls are forwarded to my phone.

- It Furthur an email saying that if the line failure caused by a problem in our unit / line charge $ 105.00 and if your Telstra Fault Line charges will also not charge for call forwarding.

I RECD bill yesterday - and at no cost by the visit of a technician, which means that Telstra fault0 but have charged me $ 400.00 for call forwarding on my laptop.
What is the best way to solve this problem?

If Telstra had said it would all calls over the phone, have to make regardless of the result to the telephone ombudsman concerned.
It is a in the respective capitals.

There will always be difficult, if proved. You should always try to be in writing.

However, if you no information about what happens, you can use the recorded conversation outside of Telstra through the Freedom of Information Act, but if you question asked to provide Telstra anyway. Tell them if you call at what time and where we can discuss.

Good luck ...
