    ABC Solar Incorporated 2000 to present

    President - Built ABC Solar into one of Los Angeles leading solar contractors with $1M a year in sales and growing.

    Jmail Incorporated (Tokyo) 1991 - 2000

    Incorporated - www.jmail.co.jp. Japan's first commercial internet company.

    Owns Japan.co.jp and 100 other .co.jp domains. Operates as a free email and blog service. Max growth was to 900,000 registered users.

    Websites design and business modeling services to the largest companies in the world, including: Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Polaroid, Citibank, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, Turner Broadcasting, Bloomberg Business News and many other firms.

    Managed 65 staff in four divisions: advertising agency, ISP, Internet Cafénd Tokyo Journal Magazine.

    Raised 10 million dollars from 1995 to 1999. Achieved $2.9 MM in sales first during 12 months after funding. Sold company in 2000, bought it back in 2004. Operates as www.jmail.co.jp again with business day-to-day by Tokyo based partner.

    Bought and sold business units. Involved in all aspects of negotiations

    Negotiated ISP Network Sharing agreements with NTT and Japan Telecom. These agreements were for upgrading our modem based bbs to Japan-wide Internet PPP access service. We did the branding, sales and support they provided the network.

    System Operator - built and managed dos based BBS starting in 1991.

    Sold Jmail in 2000. Bought domain assets in 2004.

    Telemarketing Visions Institute, Inc. 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (Los Angeles) 1986 - 1989

    Founder and President. Trained and Placed The Blind with Telemarketing jobs. Successful developed curriculum, wrote successful grant proposals and achieved vendorship by the Department of Rehabilitation. IBM sponsored talking computers and taught continuing education courses in Telemarketing with Loyola Marymount Universities Continuing Education Department.

    Telemarketing et.al. (Los Angeles) `1979 -

    Sold products over the phone to every state in America. Landed one job by closing 9 out of 10 test phone calls to an amazed and stunned audience of 20 plus applicants. (surprised myself too)

    Public Speaking Experience

    Public speaking Japan: Delivered more than 20 high technology speeches ranging from 10 to 300 participants all across Japan.

    Publish speaking US: given speeches at the Stanford Center and Seattle Chamber of Commerce at the start of the Internet and now in the 2000s dozens of solar speeches at solar and energy fairs.

    Hobbies and Interests

    I love sailing, my wife and kids, writing silly computer code and new product development.
