Genre: Fantasy / Sci-Fi
Director: Steven R. Monroe
Cast: Tahmoh Penikett, Michael Worth, Kacey Barnfield, Ian Virgo, Hugh Ross, Richard Riddell, Rafaello Degrutolla, with Steve Waddington
Synopsis: Alec (Michael Worth), a courageous but impetuous knight, returns to his home village having been summoned by his older, more temperate brother Francis (Tahmoh Penikett). Finding Francis working in the family blacksmith shop, Alec learns that their elderly father Reginald is not long for this world. As they walk through the small town exchanging news, they spy two beautiful sisters, Anabel (Kacey Barnfield) and Isabel, whom the brothers have admired for some time. The brothers' reunion is short-lived as Cid wanders into the village, terrified and half-crazed. As the villagers gather round, Cid recounts a story of his attack by a winged creature. The onlookers scoff in disbelief, one remembering the myth of the fearsome Jabberwocky. As if on cue, the red-eyed monster's blood-curdling shriek is heard in the distance; the traveler Cid has led it to their peaceful home. The Jabberwocky descends upon them with the body of a dragon, the head of a gruesome insect and deadly claws. Brash Alec draws his sword and charges the beast, but to little effect. Francis joins the fray, convincing his brother of a more tactical approach as they battle together. But even together they are no match. The Jabberwocky snatches Isabel and moves off. At dawn the next day, the men of the village arm themselves and go off in search of the terrible scourge. Alec rides off with them while Francis remains to guard the village and tend to their ailing father. As the hunting party track their quarry, Francis takes to his workshop to fashion a new type of weapon: long and elegant, the prophesied Vorpal Sword. But before he finishes, he regrets his decision to remain behind and hurries to join his brother. Francis arrives just in time to rescue the cornered hunters, but as the group retreats Francis sees Alec is not with them. Fearing the worst, Francis breaks the news to his father. As the Jabberwocky launches a new attack on the village, Reginald seeks retribution for his son Alec, only to fall himself. But all is not lost as the cunning Alec returns having rescued Isabel from the Jabberwocky's cave. Alec has also stolen one of the Jabberwocky's eggs, evidence that this monster won't be the only one of its kind for long. Now the brothers must stand together, wield the Vorpal sword to save their home and the women they love, and avenge their father's death.

SAND SHARKS
Genre: Horror
Director: Mark Atkins
Cast: Corin Nemec,  Brooke Hogan,  Vanessa Evigan,  Eric Scott Woods,  Gina Holden
Synopsis: An underwater earthquake cracks open a crater deep beneath the ocean’s surface unleashing a prehistoric predator.  On the sleepy island of White Sands, local teens drink and party beside a beach bonfire.  One of them wanders off after a pretty girl and disappears, leaving only a severed hand behind.  It appears it’s been bitten and ripped off by a vicious animal.  This looks like a shark bite, but it’s found well above the high tide line, it can’t be a shark… Or can it? Jimmy Green (Corin Nemec), prodigal party boy and son of the mayor, returns home to White Sands with a scheme to breathe some life into the dying economy (and clear his debt to a mobster) by throwing a huge spring break party: The Sandman Festival.  Jimmy runs into his ex, and now Deputy Sherriff, Brenda Young (Vanessa Lee Evigan).  She and her brother, the Sheriff, want to close the island beaches in fear of further shark attacks, which would ruin Jimmy’s plans.  Brenda calls in an expert, shark scientist Dr. Sandy Powers (Brooke Hogan), as the attacks continue. Dr. Powers says it appears to be a sand shark, a beast which moves through the sand as if it was water.  A shark is electrocuted by accident, but it’s soon discovered that this shark, though gigantic, was only a baby!  The festival continues and thousands of college kids arrive just as dozens of sand sharks make their presence known, attracted by the vibrations of the crowd and the PA system.  The most menacing beasts to ever rule the waters, now rule the sand; mercilessly feeding on anything that crosses their path.   It’s a giant feeding frenzy and it’s up to Brenda, Sandy, the Sherriff, and Jimmy to stop the carnage.
