Keep Focused!

A person driving at 55 m.p.h. covers about 80.7 feet per second. Multiply that by 5 and a person would drive 403 feet over 5 seconds -- more than the length of a football field. The U.S. Department of Transportation states that "sending or receiving a text takes a driver's eyes from the road for an average of 4.6 seconds." Keep that in mind that next time you think of checking your phone your phone for just a second.
