Apex Webmail Upgrade Notice

We are pleased to release a new and improved version of our Webmail system. Before you log in for the first time, please read the following instructions carefully. Please note that all email will be retained when you log in to the new system, but your address book will not. Please view our Apex Webmail Setup page for instructions on migrating your address book.

  • To log in to the new Webmail system, please use the following address in your web browser:
  • The first time you log in to the new system, you must set up your preferences before you can send email. To do this, please click here for Apex Webmail Initial Setup.
  • After you have set up your preference, we highly recommend you set up your spam settings, if you are currently receiving large amounts of spam. This will help keep your Inbox clean. To do this, please click here for the Spam Filtering Setup page.
  • Please view the Apex Webmail Setup page or the Webmail FAQ page for further information on using your account. Please check these pages regularly, as we will be adding information to it on common tasks.

Apex has listened to clients and is therefore implementing many requested features. Among these features are:

  • Automatic new message checking while window is open
  • Vacation message (auto-reply)
  • Mail forwarding to another email account
